Our Team
Please note: all of our providers are accepting new lifestyle medicine consultation patients at this time and are available via telehealth, if desired.

Kerry W. Graff, MD
Lifestyle Medicine
Dr. Graff began incorporating the principles of lifestyle medicine into the care of her patients in 2014 after she reversed her own chronic medical conditions through diet. She was one of only 204 practitioners around the globe to pass the inaugural American Board of Lifestyle Medicine board certification exam in 2017. In addition to providing lifestyle medicine consultations, Dr. Graff serves as the lead lifestyle medicine physician for Rochester Regional Health, developing initiatives and educational programs that integrate the principles of lifestyle medicine throughout Rochester Regional Health. In her personal time, she enjoys practicing yoga and meditation, hiking, cross country skiing, and anything on or in the lake!

Katie L. McMillen, PA-C
Physical Assistant – Medical
Katie grew up in the Finger Lakes area and chose to focus on Family Medicine to be part of the entire lifespan of her patients and their families, helping them walk through the various ages and stages of life and whatever that might bring. Katie has a special emphasis in lifestyle medicine, having completed her additional board certification in 2020. This takes a deeper look into how lifestyle changes (diet, exercise, stress reduction, etc.) can improve our overall health and prevent chronic disease. Whenever Katie has some downtime, she enjoys kayaking, making pottery, and cooking.
