Resources
The Lifestyle & Culinary Medicine team has put together the following collection of their favorite resources related to healthy eating and stress management.
Recipes
Many of these recipes are provided by our own providers, as well as professional chefs and cooks who know how to create healthy meals with whole foods that taste great, have variety, and meet a budget.

Oil-free cooking tips
Cooking with oil is a fairly common technique. Unfortunately, oil-based cooking packs in a lot of calories instead of a lot of nutrients.
There are a variety of ways to cook foods that achieve great taste while also removing the added calories that come from cooking with oils.

Plant-based Resources
Lifestyle & Culinary Medicine is practiced widely and can work in partnership with other medical specialties to achieve better health. A variety of documentaries, books, websites, and podcasts are available to educate and empower anyone looking to learn more about whole food, plant-based living.
